| The "Osteria le 3v" is located in Gignese, a charming little village renowned for its pure and curative air, suitable for adults and children, at 6 km from Stresa (Lake Maggiore) on the slopes of Mottarone (1491 m.), very close to the famous "Museum of Umbrella" (unique in Europe) and at 1 km from the wonderful Alpinia Botanical Garden overlooking the lake, where you can see all kinds of mountain flora.
The 3v is place full of copper objects, full of memories and old things from the past, 20 years have passed since its opening, and it is called Osteria 3V because the manager’s children bear the name that starts with the V (Virginia, Vittorio, Veronica). The Molinari family boasts centuries-old experience (handed down from father to son) in the restaurant business. Chef Antonio and his son Vittorio offer their customers a family kitchen, ranging from simple dishes of the territory to the most refined dishes. Do not miss the succulent menu based on rustic polenta with multiple mountain specialities and fine wine of the territory. Veronica with Virginia and the rest of the staff welcome customers with kindness and courtesy favouring the needs of guests, coordinating with professionality the banquet halls, the pizzeria, bar de horse. In addition, in the Osteria there are new fresh colourful rooms where you can relax and enjoy the delicious breakfast made by Vittorio: cakes, jams, biscuits, local meats and cheeses mixed from Mottarone. You can spend marvelous days immersed in the silence and in the green woods and the blue of the lake. For younger guests there is a nice little park so that parents and grandparents can enjoy the meal peacefully while their kids play without any danger. A few hundred meters from the tavern there is a convenient parking with adjoining tennis courts and departures for adventurous walks in the woods near Gignese.
